Not muesli but suesli for a healthy breakfast. Puffed spelt, buckwheat, rice and quinoa give a very fluffy mixture, topped with flaked almonds and sweetened with maple syrup. With vegetable yoghurt and some seasonal fruit, it's a full breakfast. Suesli is not gluten-free due to the addition of puffed spelt but this can also be substituted if required.
