Karamel shortbread

A super delicious biscuit made of almond flour and gluten-free oats with a soft 'caramel layer' of dates, finished with chocolate. Very tasty as a healthy snack. Keep cool and serve. Gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based and organic.

A blissful snack, this peanut toffee bar. My absolute favourite from the former Broth Bar in Maastricht. Luckily, Charlotte released a wonderful book: "Real life through real food", which included this great recipe. Definitely give it a try!

NEW: Gluten-free triangle sandwiches

Gluten-free triangle sandwiches are a healthy high-fibre alternative to bread. One sandwich weighs about 140 grams, you really have enough with one per meal. By comparison, a sandwich weighs 45 grams. The breadcrumb is soft, slightly creamy and springy, just like regular bread.

Gluten-free banana bread based on oat flour and almond flour, naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and medjoule dates. As many as five bananas go into this recipe. A tasty and healthy alternative!
